Electrolux is looking for a driven, structured and inspiring Talent Acquisition Team & Process Manager to manage EMEA Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements and lead our smaller team of Talent Acquisition Partners covering Central Eastern Europe. You are passionate about inspiring people to achieve their best performance. You also love to develop and implement HR projects and processes with a continuous improvement mindset. 
Your team will consist of five Talent Acquisition Partners based in Krakow, Hungary and Ukraine and you will report to the Director of EMEA Talent Acquisition based in Stockholm. We are 35 people in our team across EMEA region.

Your emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills will contribute to new sourcing and recruitment strategies that you and your team will implement in line with the Electrolux Group’s global standards. You will play a key role making sure our EMEA Talent Acquisition projects and processes are delivered. You will also manage some requisitions and guide hiring managers and candidates throughout the process to ensure an excellent recruitment experience. In this role, you also partner with other HR professionals to make sure we attract, bring and retain top talent to Electrolux. 

Who you are:
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to develop and coordinate detailed work plans across work streams
• Great analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in analyzing data and presenting results
• People person with a passion for developing the team 
• Successful track record of end to end recruitment
• Proven track record of developing projects and processes and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service 
• Ability to work in an international, complex matrix organization
• Fluency in English
