For the Customer Care department of our office of Electrolux Professional in Pordenone (Italy), we are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator who can support our customers with their technical issues.

The need for more than outstanding appliances is growing bigger by the day. For this reason, we are looking for a new colleague who can create together with us the best experience for our customers, making them even more satisfied than today.

A regular day at work

As our Technical Coordinator, you will be in contact with our customers, mostly situated in Africa and the Middle-East, regarding our professional kitchen/laundry systems. You will deliver a remote technical support by phone or e-mail to our customers for both Food and Laundry Professional products. This technical support will include consulting, answering their questions, advising, etcetera. You will manage warranty claims from our customers and the warranty repairs of our professional appliances.

You will give technical support to your sales colleagues and you will give training to the service staff of our dealers and partners. You will also supervise and participate in the installation of our professional appliances (no direct hands-on approach) and you will maintain contact with the factories about technical issues.

This job involves a combined inside office (40 %) and in-field (60 %) service position.

Education & experience

• You have a technical background and a good knowledge of mechanic, electric, compressed air, and steam. 
• You have a few years of working experience in a similar position with a proven track record of success in relationship building with Key Accounts.
• You have outstanding communication skills (spoken and written, in Italian, in English and preferably also in French). 
• You are willing to travel to Africa and the Middle-East on a regular basis.
