POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible to monitor and manage the operation of Authorised Service Contractors (ASC). To
provides technical support to ASC and reporting. 

JOB.DESCRIPTION

1. Monitor the operation and performance of a group of ASC through service tracking.
2. Provides  technical support and service information to ASC.
3. Tracking ASC  outstanding invoices and claims submission.
4. Provide support to sales team on service related issues.
5. Supervise and  coach a Technician on daily assignment.
6. Manage on hand spare parts inventory and report quality issue if any.

Who you are

1. You must have a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering 2. With 1-2 years experience in home appliances or electronics industry. 3. With strong technical knowledge and experience in handling electronics technical trouble shooting. 4. Preferably experience in service oriented business especially in electrical or electronic products after-sales service an advantage. 5. Computer literate with supervisory skills. 6. Must be tactful, hands on, well-groomed and with sense of urgency. 7. Able to converse in English and Malay. Chinese language is an advantage.
