We are searching for a new co-worker for the technical support team. If you have a drive to support service partners and customers, a great technical interest and a desire to find solutions you might be the one we are looking for.

Your main duties include:

•Provide service support to our Service partners/customers by phone, email to resolve technical problems. 
•Proof reading and distribution of technical documentation.
•Technical training programs for service stations and customers - plan, prepare documentation, conduct and follow up.
•Field monitoring and reporting quality defects.
•Commissioning and programming of products.
•Warranty verification and coding.
•Make decisions and take action regarding complaints.

You have:

• Electrical or technical education 
• Experience in home appliances or electronics industry would be an advantage
• Experience in  home appliance or electronics technical trouble shooting or repairing would be an advantage
• Very good communication and problem solving skills
• Technical interest and creativity
• Social skills/ability to handle different customer situations

You are:

• Wiling to learn new things
• Supportive with custmer focus mindset
• Team player

Required languages:
•  Fluent in Czech and intermediate English will be nice to have
