Responsible for the maintanence of Electrolux Concept Stores and brand image corners. Manage and ensure timely set-up for events like roadshows & in-store promotions. Maintain and ensure
all demo sets are in good working conditions. Responsible and accountable for all the demo and display units. Provide merchandising training and POSM's usage guidelines to Promoters and Store Assistants.
1. Perform regular stores visitation to ensure Electrolux's concept areas (POSM's, products, etc) are in excellent standards.
2. Provide merchandising training for promoters and feedback on their performance.
3. Plan and ensure timely set-up & dismantle for roadshows, in-store promotions & marketing campaigns and window displays.
4. Monitor and ensure that all branches have the POSM's and product catalogues.
5. Responsible for the maintanence and inventory of Trade Marketing demo products and equipment or tools assigned.
6. Feedback and communicate action required from sales team and follow-up to ensure that corrective action is taken within the agreed timeline.
7. Provide installation service for in-store products display change-out.
8. Work closely with sales team to ensure timely set-up of new stores or refurbish stores.
1. Minimum SPM or Certificate with 1 year working experience in related field.
2. Must possess valid driving license and willing to travel outstation.
3. Know and understand the importance of retail presentation and merchandising standards.
4. Organised personality, artistic, able to deliver creative display for concept areas.
5. Must be able to handle physically demanding work.
6. Prepare to work at odd hours and weekends, travel outstation and with a valid driving license.
7. A good team player, with interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Responsible, able to work with minimum supervision.
9. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and local Chinese dialect is an advantage.
