POSITION  DESCRIPTION  SUMMARY :

Prepare, execute, control and monitor on agreed sales target, promotion campaign and budget in growth of
responsible accounts. Supervise, manage and coordinate with Promoter Supervisor and Promoters in order to achieve sales performance and merchandising. Prepare and update monthly sales forecast and present to supervisor / manager.

 

MAJOR  RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES : (100% OF TIME)

1.  Manage area/account to achieve sales target (35% )
2.  Keep looking for opportunities to expand business in area/account in responsibility (15%)
3.  Supervise and manage Promoter operation for the company’s policies (15%)
4.  Expand market size and market share in responsible area/account (10%)
5.  Forecast monthly report in order to keep the right stock preparations (5%)
6.  Meeting with other departments to communicate sales problem, feedback and competitors activities (10%)
7.  Keep responsible for merchandising to reach brand image of company (10%)

Key Interfaces :

Internal : Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources Department, Customer Service Department

External : Buyers, Replenishment Department, Promotion Department, Training Department, Section Manager, Consumer

Minimum Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor degree in any fields.
- Sales experience in home appliances, electric devices
- Product knowledge.
- Able to communicate in English.
