POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Responsible to sales performance (both sale in & sale out), merchandising, promotion, personal (recruitment, tratrfdyrtuytyuytjghjtutytrtrtraining,trccontroling
training, controlling), as set target and budget in responsible area/account ,able to travel.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: (100% OF TIME)

  • Manage area/account to achieve sales target (25%)
  • Keep looking for opportunities to expand business in area/account in responsibility (15%)
  • Direct and control OE operation for the company ‘s policies (15%)
  • Expand market size and market share in responsible area/account (20%)
  • Forecast monthly report in order to keep the right stock preparations (5%)
  • Have meeting with other departments for communicate sales problem, feedback and competitors  (10%)
  • Keep responsible merchandising to reach brand image of company (10%)

 

Key Interfaces :

Internal : Marketing Department, Supply Chain Department, Account Department, Human Resource Department Service Department

External : Buyers, Replenishment Department, Promotion Department, Training Department,
Service Department, Supply Chain Department, Section Manager

Minimum Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years sales experience
- Computer literary (MS Office)
- Fluency in communication of English
