Account Executive

Responsible to sales performance (both sale in & sale out), merchandising, promotion, personal (recruitment, training, controlling), as set target and budget in responsible area/account

1. Manage area/account to achieve sales target (25%)
2. Keep looking for opportunities to expand business in area/account in responsibility (15%)
3. Direct and control OE operation for the company's policies (15%)  
4. Expand market size and market share in responsible area/account (20%)  
5. Forecast monthly report in order to keep the right stock preparations (5%)  
6.Have meeting with other departments for communicate sales problem, feedback and competitors  (10%) 
7. Keep responsible merchandising to reach brand image of company (10%)Key Interfaces : 

Internal : Marketing Department, Supply Chain Department, Account Department, Human Resource Department, Service Department
External : Buyers, Replenishment Department, Promotion Department, Training Department, Service Department, Supply Chain Department, Section Manager

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years sales experience
- Computer literary (MS Office)
