MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Manage area/ account to achieve sales target    25% 
2. Keep looking for opportunities to expand business in area/account in responsibility  15%
3. Direct and control Promoter operation for the company’s policies  15%
4. Expand market size and market share in responsible area/account  20%
5. Forecast monthly report in order to keep the right stock preparations    5%
6. Have meeting with other departments for communicate sales problem, feedback & competitors activities 10%
7. Keep responsible merchandising to reach brand image of company   10%
Key Interfaces:
Internal:
Marketing Department, Supply Chain Department, Account Department, Human Resource Department, Service Department
External:
Buyers, Replenishment Department, Promotion Department, Training Department, Service Department, Supply Chain Department, Section Manager

Minimum Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 year’s sales experience
- Computer literary (MS Office)
- Fluency in communication of English
