  • Managing Sales force through company target , OE management , Motivation ,Coaching
    and Feedback. 
  • Managing  Sales , P&L  , BTL , Category mix in line by company target. 
  • Develop Sales plan , Promotion plan and Activities plan.
  • Building and maintain good relation with Dealer , Purchaser , Sales team. 
  • Set monthly target, Sales Incentive for OE. 
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to Channel manager.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. 
  • Understanding and promoting company programs. 
  • Take care of the customer's settlement according to the company's terms.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field
  • 2-3 years experiences in sales with electronic company
  • Able to travel and relocate.
