Account Manager AEG & Vintec - SA/NT

Managing and developing the AEG & Vintec business in your designated territory within the SA/NT region.
This will be achieved by implementing and executing the national business plan whilst maintaining responsibility for a designated territory, achievement of revenue, sales and profit targets and providing superior customer service at all times.
A Typical Day
Your activities will be centered on ensuring we grow AEG & Vintec sales and profitable growth by calling on accounts in your territory.
You will plan your week effectively, maximising customer facing time and attending meetings with a clear purpose and desired outcomes.
You will call on your customers to maintain relationships and grow sales in their stores by:
- Managing the achievement of your territories financial budget.
- Manage field activity ensuring stores represent the AEG & Vintec brands to set guidelines and marketing material is displayed correctly.
- Train external staff both in store and in showroom events to ensure product knowledge is delivered best in class.
* Country region included as part of the territory which will include some nights away. You will also need the ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend work.
