Account Manager (e-commerce)
Take Electrolux online presence to the next level.
We are looking for an Account Manager to become a part of our Sales Team, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Developing our consumer electronics business with a huge number of online platforms, we increase our net sales and profit by introducing our product range (major and small domestic appliances plus accessories) on the online market.
A typical day at work:
Your main responsibility within a team would be to develop sales through key online customers by strong networking with key contacts within own area, driving sales both through distribution and direct support to key accounts, commercial terms and conditions negotiations, making sales forecasting, developing detailed analysis on sales plans in e-commerce channel, working on marketing promotions which can be used within key online players, controlling account receivables. You would also lead the interface with key customers regarding web strategy implementations, in particular: deploy sell-out driving activities with e-tailers (minisites/inpages, brandzones, asset deployment); measure on-site performance Electrolux per e-tailer (traffic, clicks, conversions, etc.); work with online promotions; optimize brand and product content on e-tailer sites (logo placement, product descriptions, product positioning, cross-selling, reviews etc.); manage Electrolux-Partner platform from website development to content creation, promotions with the support of digital agency and Central Digital Team.

- High education.
- Minimum 2-3 years of e-commerce experience.
- Knowledge of digital campaign tracking capabilities and web analytics.
- Experience with digital strategy implementation, managing digital agencies.
- MS Office knowledge (Excel is a must);
- Driving license (B category);
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, working within a cross-functional team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Native Ukrainian.
- Upper-intermediate English.
