Your role as an Accountant for South Korea is tasked to ensure effective preparation of financial recording for the overall accounting functions, daily finance operations, maintain accounting receivable, local tax filling based on required local regulation.


1.  Accounting Finance

You will maintain daily finance operation activities in line with accounting policies and support preparation of financial reports and safeguard Electrolux' assets, maintain accounting & financial records including general ledger, financial statements and regulatory.

Credit & Collections
You are expected to minimize financial risk on credit worthiness of prospective of existing customers, analyze and communication on collection of overdue bills and take appropriate actions to recover overdue payments.

You should be able to maintain daily banking transactions involving cash funds, loans, foreign exchanges and dividend payouts.
Preparation of bank reconciliation monthly basis and monitoring daily banking transactions including banking balance to keep proper banking balance.

Tax Reporting & Compliance
You will prepare and maintain tax records, VAT return reports and other related materials to meet local requirements of tax laws and regulations.
Recommend alternative tax treatments to alleviate or reduce tax burden.

2.  Inter / External audit:

You will be giving support to internal / External audit and compliance audits as well as follow up actions and close out topics from previous audits

In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s   Internal & External customers. You should be confident in dealing with leaders both from a country level and region level perspective.

You should have a degree in Finance or Accounting, business administration; preferably you have a CPA or MBA degree holder.


  • At least 2 years experience as an Accountant, Business Analyst in a multinational FMCG company.
  • Good knowledge of local taxation including VAT.
  • Must have the ability to perform his/her work diligently and with the minimum of supervision.
  • Experience in utilizing ERP system (JDE, SAP, etc).
