As Active Directory Manager and Office 365 Administrator will be responsible for activities concerning managing, implementing, maintaining and central administration of the new Office 365 tools within our global environments.   

You will participate and drive implementation of new services and enhancement projects on a global basis and support our regional operations teams, third party BAU support staff and global business requirements that relate to Office 365. 

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Provide technical expertise, strategic planning / governance and recommendation for managing and exploiting Office 365 to meet business needs. 
• Understand the business requirements that involves Office 365 within Electrolux Professional and providing solutions and support for their delivery. 
• Design and architect a global Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy
• Plan and design Group Policy Objects as requested to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user end-point devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, and password/identity management systems.
• Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems. Assist in management and support of internal DHCP architecture and scoping.
• Work with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements and design / deliver enterprise level solutions.
• Develop and manage a governance model for Office 365 changes / services with projects and other Microsoft Online Services such as Azure, Azure Active Directory and other SAAS services. 
• Drive adoption of Office 365 services and develop workload mappings between business processes and collaboration services. 
• Collaborate in assessing current and expected Windows infrastructure needs, configuration, maintenance, optimization and documentation of Windows infrastructure.
• Ensure that system improvements and changes are implemented correctly and completely, and monitor all effects of the modifications.
• Work closely with key stakeholders in User Experience, Communications teams, Regional Operation teams and related applications. 
• Propose proactively service improvements to management. 
• Work closely with the other Operation teams on the implementation of new IT applications or on the enhancement of the existing one. 
• Support Electrolux Professional projects by ensuring that the underlying IT infrastructure and cloud services can deliver adequate performance. 
• Assist colleagues in other IT teams and take the lead in assigned strategy and global infrastructure design projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and technical training.
• At least 4 years of directly related experience supporting Active Directory operations and engineering with increasing responsibility. 
• Certifications: MCSE: Server Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows Server 2012.
• 2 years of experience in Office 365 with a broad understanding of all Office 365 services with focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Yammer and Delve.
• Proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed computing environment. These experiences should include: Directory Services Infrastructure architect/ design/ support
• Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units.
• Experience in serving as an Office 365 Global Admin, including demonstrated technical competence configuring and managing Exchange, Skype, OneDrive, PowerBI, SharePoint, PowerShell, Office 365 licenses, AD, LDAP, and Azure.
• Good understanding of operations IT environment 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Utilize logical problem solving to find creative solutions to problems in the environment on a broad scale.

Desired knowledge:
• Experience with Cloud platform as cloud IaaS/PaaS solutions (O365 and Azure) 
• Familiar with market products in the segment O365 reporting, management tools and SCOM monitoring.
• Experience with Powershell script.
