SUMMARY:

As the Amazon Account Manager you will play a critical role in the growth of the Amazon Business portfolio.  You will be an essential partner to Amazon, our suppliers, and our executive leadership team.  This position is instrumental in managing our product flow from production to our consumers’ home.  For this role you will need to think big, invent new processes, and take on ownership of customer and consumer challenges.  The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic collaborator, open minded, intellectually curious, and a customer-first analytical thinker.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Vendor Central platforms including purchase orders, claims, chargebacks, and shipping guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Be a subject matter expert for the Amazon Business portfolio
  • Actively support budgeting, reporting, and other critical portfolio management activities to ensure we are meeting partner commitments
  • Take the lead in setting the Amazon product portfolio and how we get those products to our consumers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business goals (Marketing, Servicing, Technology, Legal, and Compliance)
  • Support capabilities enhancements to drive demand and best-in-class customer & consumer experiences
  • Play a key role in merchandising our products on Amazon
  • Support holistic customer servicing strategy including complaints monitoring and reporting
  • Manage site development and launch activities including working with Marketing on securing product descriptions, images, assets, banners and other attributes
  • Review Content Health Report daily to assess opportunities to develop enhanced A+ content
  • Manage Direct Import order flow
  • Flexibility to contribute at all levels of the business from high level strategy to the day-to-day hands on operations
  • Be an eCommerce ambassador, demonstrating an enthusiasm to educate cross functional partners across the organization on eCommerce

Minimum Qualification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in Etail
  • Proficient in Amazon Vendor Central
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong problem solver
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
