DELMIA Apriso – Application Development CoE Lead
Location: Poland, Cracow

Responsibilities:

You will be primarily responsible for the technical development of the Apriso MES solution and drive the delivery of enhancements & bugfixes for the DELMIA Apriso solutions for Electrolux. This includes creation and driving the CoE for Apriso development in Electrolux, in collaboration with internal stakeholders in both global functions and regions.

As a lead of the CoE you will need to have ability to manage people and prioritize tasks based on input from projects, enhancement requests and bug fixes. People in team could be both direct and functional reports as well as external vendors as required. You are expected to have a good knowledge of the manufacturing processes that the application supports and are able proactively contribute to discussions around enhancements and best practices of how to best utilize the tool.

You are expected to work closely with internal clients and demonstrate functional and technical knowledge to address customer’s business needs. In particular, you will:

• Own the development strategy and planning for the Delmia solution (coding standards, development planning etc).
• Support creation of a Development CoE for Delmia Apriso in Electrolux (with central & regional resources) and eventually manage this team.
• Support DELMIA Apriso platform including technical and functional aspects.
• Configure DELMIA Apriso’s software; including process authoring, development and testing of configured extensions.
• Configure Machine Integrator to incorporate new equipment as per operations requirements.  
• Configure required interfaces to integrate external systems and hardware.
• Work closely with OPC Support analyst to address Machine Integrator issues and delivery of enhancements.
• Work closely with business and other technical teams in the resolution of issues and delivery of enhancements.
• Reproduce and resolve incidents reported by the customers.
• Be part of the On-call rotation and off-hours incident resolution.
• Regular reporting of working progress.
• Support Application testing activities as a result of server, operating system and application upgrades. 
• Follow and/or facilitate Incident management processes as well as Change management processes.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to delivery developments.

You:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a software industry 
• Minimum 3 years of experience with DELMIA Process Builder, DELMIA Machine Integrator and Global Process management.
• Experience of people management, preferably in line management role but could also be in project lead roles 
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven experience with on-site manufacturing and logistics execution software implementations
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• SQL skills proved in practice on MS SQL 
• Basic skills in administering MS Windows Server environments
• Skilled in software development (objective programming)
• Knowledge of WEB Server/Browser technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net) 
• Strong customer orientation.

• Bachelor/Master's degree in the related field, preferably in Computer Science/Engineering
• Fluent English
• Extensive travel may be required at times depending on project workload etc.
