We are currently looking for a Sales Area Manager in Kitchen Retail who will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth throughout an assigned geographical area.

The successful candidate will further be responsible for establishing and maintaining an excellent relationship directly with retail dealers and other decision makers in the area.

Your main tasks:
•Ensure growth in the sales of Electrolux appliances and achieve sales targets for Kitchen retail dealers in the region
•Identify, set up and organize additional/alternative distribution channels
•Establish long-term and mutually attractive cooperation with the distributors
•Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure together with management
•Set sales targets for distribution channels and evaluate them on regular basis
•Ensure availability of individual models and monitor the stock in stores
•Develop and coordinate marketing and promotional activities in line with the marketing department
•Actively provide market insight to identify additional growth opportunities and understand the market needs
•Ensure product training of retail partners in cooperation with marketing department.

You are:
•Self-motivated and independent, able to organize your own workload while maintaining high quality of work
•Excellent communicator with natural ability to establish strong relationships.

Qualifications:
•Kitchen appliances knowledge is required, especially in projects and consultant-driven business
•Electrolux product knowledge is a plus for this position
•Driving licence cat. B
•Czech and English are essential, written and spoken.
