POSITION  DESCRIPTION  SUMMARY :

- Responsible for sale management (Plan Do Check Act) sales in & sales out as target set
- Manage, Supervise and Support team about P&L and BTL by category mix and in line with company strategy
- Business Planning within Company and Customer

 

MAJOR  RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES : (100% OF TIME)

1. Managing Sales force through company target ,OE Management, motivation , coaching and feedback (35%)  
2. Managing P&L , BTL , Category mix in line with company strategy (20%)  
3. Develop sales plan, promotion plan , merchandising plan and translate into action plan (10%)
4. Implement all action plans and follow if it up to the set target and standard (10%)  
5. Ensure the distribution cover all the target market inconsistent with brand positioning and image (5%) 
6. Building and maintain good relation with customer (5%)  
7. Sales Forecasting and Business & Activity Planning ,PIPO Plan (10%)  
8. Market intelligent (5%)
  

Key Interfaces :

Internal: Sales, Marketing ,Trade Mktg., Human Resource, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance ,IT
External: GM Buyer, Buyer Manager/ Owner, Shop Front Manager and Customers

Minimum Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor Degree, Master degree are preferable
- At least 3 years sales or marketing experience in Household Appliances
- Good command in English
- Computer literary expecially in MS. Office
