ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop business plans including monthly marketing and promotion plans for T-Mall channel based on a thorough understanding of trade trend, customer needs and also company overall strategy.
Fully implement to hit sales target meanwhile responsible for working with category team to develop consumer-oriented product plans, and follow up launch initiatives.
Highly aware of channel policies and make on-time communication and coordination with the channel parties.
Monitor and manage daily marketing data, transaction data, inventory and data of competitive brands.
According to the brand and product strategy, to set up the reasonable channel strategy
Responsible for channel/platform sales and profit, complete annual task
Set up e-commerce related processes, and promote the cooperation of all department
Select qualified operators and continuously improve the operation level
Manage gross profit and control marketing and promotion expenses.
Team building and capacity improvement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachlor or above, major in e-commerce, marketing.
5 years background of e-commerce operation experience, better with T-Mall or Taobao.
Good at data analysis, strong communication and coordination skills
Home appliances and commodity operation prefered
