Global Cash Management Clerk (Part time)

At our Electrolux Global headquarters in Stadshagen, Stockholm we are currently looking for a University student interested in working part time in our global Cash Management team. You will have the opportunity of a wider learning experience in a global treasury function, learn more about how the cash flows are managed in an international organization and gain understanding of the different set ups in Electrolux Treasury systems. You will also be able to be part of developing the processes within Cash Management. 

The team
Cash Management Back Office is a team of 4 people and part of Global Cash Management within Group Treasury of AB Electrolux. The team is responsible for the daily management of cash pools, the Group internal netting system, making financial payments, reconciliation of bank accounts, control and confirmation of deals and the manual registration of various transactions in the treasury system.
The team is also responsible for our Global Cash Management processes, including how we develop and improve them to work as efficiently as possible, depending on different systems and other processes in the Group.
Furthermore, the team is part of various cash management projects in which their expertise is needed.

Typical day

Together with the team, you will be handling:
• Financial payments
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Control and confirmation of deals
• Problem solving of various character
• Monthly closing

As a part-time team member, you will work around 8 days per month and during vacation periods such as summer and Christmas/ new year.

Minimum requirements
• University Student within Economics, Accounting, Administration or equivalent
• Good knowledge in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
