Currently we are looking for an experienced, open-minded and agile Brand Activation Manager for Czech Republic & Slovakia, who will be responsible for selected product category of AEG and Electrolux brands. The main goal will be to strengthen Electrolux Group brands position on these two markets with a clear focus on delivering a best in class Consumer Experience during Consumer Journey at all relevant touch points. 
Brand Activation Manager works closely with sales, trade marketing operations and product teams as well as controlling or supporting agencies. Based on brand strategies, develops and executes Annual Marketing Plans to drive effectively business results. 
Location: the role is based in Prague, Czech Republic. 

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for dedicated product category - contribute to development and execution of Annual Marketing Plans based on brand strategy to drive effectively business results: brand Equity KPI’s & sell-out
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market process 
• Plan and execute Annual Marketing Plans in line with central marketing and global strategies, drive effectively business results: brand equity KPI’s & sell-out
• Manage dedicated marketing budget, maximize the brand resources effectiveness to drive Net Sales growth and optimize ROI effectiveness of our spending
• Develop, align and execute entrusted marketing activations (360 communication, digital, instore, promotions, new product launches etc.) in cross-functional collaboration within commercial triangle (Trade Marketing, Sales, Product line) and external partners (media house, advertising & digital agencies) 
• Drive, design, build and maintain Electrolux brand effective digital & social media presence; web experience, promoting excellence across our digital marketing activities. 
• Drive communication development and local assets production
• Analyze Consumer and Market data to develop business recommendations
• Ensure remarkable branded consumer experience in all areas and especially online
• Shape Consumer journey in all relevant touchpoints
• Responsible for Product PR, Digital Communication & Social Media for assigned category, cooperation with influencers and brand ambassadors
• To be the leader of cross-functional collaboration within commercial tringle (Trade Marketing, Sales, Product Line) within assigned product category
• Close co-operation with local PR, full-service and media agencies
• Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with Product Line/Central Team, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand guidelines

Required experience:

• Marketing experience (min 3-4 years) in consumer centric industry
• Degree in Marketing/Business or diploma and equivalent experience.
• Solid on-line marketing experience (min 2 years) in both marketing communication and marketing performance
• Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting and control, advertising activities, brand/product launches, communication development
• Experience in communication development
• Demonstrable experience (at least 2 years) managing online marketing activity such as SEM, SEO, PPC, E-mail marketing, display advertising and affiliate programs
• Media management experience to effectively synergize offline and online channels
• Knowledge of social media, digital campaign tracking and web analytics
• Proven track record in managing and developing digital marketing campaigns 
• Strong leadership skills (self-starter, independent, self-motivated, disciplined)
• Collaboration skills (ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions)
• Analytical thinking (ability to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, analyze in structured way and come up with logical conclusions)
• Ability to plan work and manage multiple priorities
• Passion for learning and development
• MS Office tools advanced knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent Czech or Slovak and English
• Driving license
