Brand Manager AEG

Your Role
The mission of the AEG Brand Manager is to establish AEG as a premium brand across key APAC & MEA markets, by bringing the brand purpose and our taste, care, and wellbeing experiences to life across touchpoints.
He or she will build a deep understanding of the AEG target audience in order to develop a clear brand positioning and industry-leading campaigns that will be used across the region.
A vital part of the Business Area (BA) Marketing team, he or she will lead Integrated Marketing Activity Planning process for AEG, searching for and driving synergies across markets.

A Typical Day
• Work closely with the Consumer Insight team to develop a deep knowledge of the Target Audience for AEG.
• Be a key stakeholder in the development of the Brand portfolio strategy, understanding where we should expand and where we should rationalize.
• Work closely with the BA Brand Manager Electrolux to define a clear portfolio strategy for the region and align on the plans cross-functionally.
• Work closely with the Global and European Brand teams in the creative development of AEG campaigns, guidelines, and key initiatives.
• Guide local marketing teams in the execution and deployment of regional AEG activities.
• Together with the BA Digital team, reinforce a data-driven approach to media planning and marketing investment, aimed at driving key brand, engagement and sales metrics.
• Support the BA Product Marketing team in the development of launch content for new and existing AEG products.
• Work with BA Product Marketing team to drive a messaging strategy for AEG that removes complexity and makes it easy for shoppers to navigate the range to identify the right solution for them.
• Work alongside the BA Retail & Shopper Marketing team to develop retail touchpoint guidelines, content and execution plans.
• Build capability (cross-functionally and geographically) to create brand-building advocates across  the organisation.
• Lead AEG brand training in APAC & MEA, working closely with the Global and European brand teams.
• Share best practices from across APAC & MEA and other Business Areas, identifying opportunities to drive synergy, scale, and quality.
• Evaluate success, analyze performance, learn, improve.

• University degree in Marketing or related area.
• 5+ year’s professional experience in consumer-driven companies in the marketing function with proven results.
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
