For our office in Athens we are currently looking for a Business Analyst

The ideal candidate needs to have a very good knowledge of accounting as well as strong analytical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with the business, with senior executives and various departments.
Your main tasks:
• Actively participate monthly closing process and play a vital role in Annual Budget Process
• Overall Rebates handling including SAP rebates agreement maintenance, Re-bates analysis, and issuing of Credit Memos
• Input of Customer agreements and policies into SAP 
• Standard Discounts handling and assist in Discounts Analysis. 
• Business partner with senior executives and various departments in order to develop value-add management reporting and improve financial processes.
• Generate standard or ad hoc reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate with Auditors and responsible for providing convincing information regarding the wide range of my responsibilities
• Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
• Close collaboration with the Cluster regarding processes, forecasts, reports, narratives etc.
• Implement and lead new projects as well as contribute to existing projects by partnering with various stakeholders including data providers and data consumers.


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience 
• Good knowledge of Accounting
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent  Knowledge of SAP
• Fluency in English is essential as well as local language
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality
• Problem solving and analytical ability
• Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers
• Ability to work in teams as well as independently
