The Business Analyst position is part of the Product Sourcing Finance organization that has the overall responsibility and accountability for understanding and communicating the Product Sourcing financial position.  Within this team, the business analyst is responsible for analyzing and providing financial information to management by creating and maintaining periodic reports about actual product cost performance and the implications of ongoing business decisions on this performance, as well as forecasting future performance. The business analyst also plays an important role in the improvement of the analytic and reporting processes and tools.


You will engage with various key stakeholders from Product Costing, Supply Chain, Quality, other Product Line Sourcing, Consumer Experience Organziation and Business Areas for timely provision of needed inputs and reports.



·        Responsible to manage Consumables & Accessories (C&A) product costs reporting and drive financial process alignment in C&A business

·        Support measurement, consolidation and on time delivery of financial and non-financial KPIs of Cross-functional teams for reporting to PS management and to stakeholders in the Consumer Experience Organization and the Business Areas

·        Support to measure components KPIs, assist the Component Purchasing team with business planning and review component impacts on product cost

·        Support in the creation of forecasts and strategic plan, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models on sourced products

·        Support on commodity cost analysis, direct materials commodity spread, and projects progress, initially starting with Floor care products but potentially to be expanded to other Product Lines as well

·        Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends within the business

·        Identify opportunities and implement improvements, simplifications and standardization of the reporting process when needed

·        Identify business needs for analytical reporting and contribute solutions to business problems when needed

·        Oversee the tooling process for sourced Major Appliances business and report to the controller promptly on the status of the operations and ensure prompt escalation to management if necessary

·        Support for internal IT project cost analysis and project planning with stakeholders

·        Assist with other ad hoc tasks to support team deliverables


·        University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar

·        Excellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI is a strong merit

·        3-6 years of financial analysis experience, in controlling or purchasing or sourcing department will be a plus

·        Strong analyzing skills and self-organized, high level of autonomy

·        Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment

·        Comfortable in complex human networks, capable of efficient influence over non-hierarchical fellow

·        Good level of communication, committed to on-time reporting

·        Available to travel
