ABOUT THE ROLE
Global operations controlling is the organization which supports the global operations management with superior controlling competence, acting as controlling business partners which give business insight and support the activity and project planning to steer the organization towards the strategic financial goals. The organization is going step by step into a digital controlling setup with AI assisted controlling tools supporting prescriptive analytics capabilities. A digital mind set, positive challenging, agility, energy and openness are core competences. Global operations controlling consists of an international team of experienced controllers from several countries and diverse background with a benchmark gender diversity.
The team members are located mainly in Sweden, but also in Poland, Netherlands and Italy. The team cooperates with the controlling teams of the sectors Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific / Middle East. Purpose is to strengthen the global synergies, global platforms and the Electrolux one company approach. Thus all team members are acting in a true global environment.
A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
Support of the application of the recently implemented controlling system OneStream and the new resource planning tool.
Quarterly planning and monthly reporting of the R&D cost including consolidation of global data and deviation analysis, including time and headcount reports.
Monthly consolidation of cost to be reported to group management.
Follow up of project cost for global and international projects.
Review of global operations reports regarding design and content based on feedback from operations.
Support of measures to increase the efficiency in controlling work for global R&D controlling.
WHO YOU ARE
Very strong analytical capabilities and good with numbers, attentive to details, strong own drive, good team player, reliability, good communication skills, ability to deal with people of different cultural, language and international background, fast learner. Digital Mindset.
YOUR EDUCATION, EXPEREINCE AND SKILLS
You are a graduate student or recent graduate in Economics or Finance.
You have advanced English written and spoken.
Required Internet User skills, PC User skills, Financial Management Skills.
Good to have Microsoft SQL, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Solutions, Microsoft Excel, Project Project Management, Presentation and Facilitation skills.
