Business Development Executive
Full Time

- Maintain and build relationship with architects, designers and influencers of project business that has potential to use Electrolux products particularly kitchen related.
- Using architects vision, design and develop Electrolux product that is suitable for the project
- Present recommended products to the customer; adjust product line in accordance with customer’s feedback, and present customer with an updated project plan
- Compare the specification of competitors for the customer
- Prepare project specifications, and negotiate prices with customer
- Finalize project specifications with architect and facilitate project transfer to project sales team
- Conduct random construction site visits to establish brand utilization. If Electrolux products are not utilized provide product comparison to architect for potential sales
- Support project team by liaising with developer companies with Bangkok/upcountry projects in an effort to close the sale
- Provide weekly and monthly project progress report to National Project Sales manager
- Responsible for informing new customers on Electrolux’s other product lines
- Arrange, coordinate, and execute educational/social events targeted at key customers for the purpose of education about existing product lines and introducing new product lines. 

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: (% of time)
1. Contact/ visit project customers to propose Electrolux products  (30%)
2. Finding and contacting new projects    (30%)
3. Prepare catalogue/ price quotations to customers   (15%)
4. Scheduling product delivery to customer site   (10%)
5. Billing and collecting         (5%)
6. Product forecasts        (5%)
7. Sales report and presentation       (5%)

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in management or other related field
- Minimum 2-5 years in project sales business, preferably in household appliances or kitchen products
- Computer literate in Microsoft office and its applications
- Good command of English
