We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Shared Services, to join our team at Stockholm HQ. As Business Development Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for driving business initiatives to accelerate the achievement of the strategic plan for the Finance Shared Services Organisation.

As the Shared Services Business Development Manager you are crucial part of the growth of the Finance Shared Services organization. You interact and network with the entire Shared Services organization, Business Area Europe, the wider business and many other stakeholders. You investigate market trends and you translate those into opportunities for Electrolux and our Shared Services. You will drive the strategic and tactical agenda of Shared Services and you initiate and are part of the many ongoing projects within our organization. In addition you also get the opportunity to impact the people and talent management agenda of the organization.

•University degree in Business Administration or similar.
•Minimum 5 years of working experience from people management, either from having direct personnel responsibility or indirectly through having temporary team responsibility in project related activities.
•Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment and/or Service delivery model, alternatively combined with minimum 5 years of working experience driving change management and transformation at higher levels within an organization.
•Strong understanding of Finance Accounting & Controlling and fundamental business concepts and industry trends.
•Experience from working in a Business Development role is a plus.
•Excellent project management skills.
•Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages will be an added advantage.
