Location:

If you work in Sweden, you will be based in Stockholm Electrolux headquarter (Forum).

We are located in Stadshagen/Kungsholmen and house 1700 employees on 36,000 sqm.

Tasks :

The Business Performance & Project Manager will be driving the current and new coming projects related to both cost efficiency as well as projects related to drive enhancements in BA EU.

This will involve communicating with several stakeholders and drive initiatives from sector side together with our local Service Operation teams out in the clusters.

The role will also be covering business performance to drive and support on our initiatives to impact our service levels to our consumers to ensure we are utilizing our resources in best way possible.

When it comes to business performance side there is large opportunity to impact the agenda, and an agile approach to know what needs to be prioritize is a key feature in the role to succeed.

Business Performance & Project Manager reports to head of Service Operations and will have multiple contact and touchpoints across Europe.

Job responsibilities:

Upon start there are a couple of projects already are started but not limited to:

WFM – Work Force Management tool. A capacity/utilization tool to predict future needs and capacity of our technicians in testing phase in our pilot countries Switzerland and Germany.

CpC Profitability – A project that focuses on driving the cost of a repair down by proper governance and reports that needs to be created, running in Sweden, Germany and UK.

Qualifications:

  University degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent

  5+ years of commercial management experience, preferably in aftermarket sales

  Previous work experience in a B2C/B2B environment and/or service minded organization is a must

  Strong facilitation and coaching skills – credible and confident presence

  Good understanding of consumer service operations and metrics is meriting

  Experience of change management

 Fluent in English (oral and written)
