As Business Reporting & Information Specialist, you will develop & manage the information systems that Global Purchasing owns from a data management perspective as well as create a reporting structure from the diverse systems mainly in Power BI environment. Data management, access management, quality assurance of the data, report creating and user training are some of the important tasks for the role.  Since we are a small team, we value flexibility and learning aptitude to be able to perform diverse tasks. The person should be hands in managing our existing systems but also possessing vision to design/collaborate on the future road map of the systems and reporting environments. The job requires ability to perform independently by learning and understanding the needs of the stakeholders and be able to translate them into focussed, interactive reporting structure. Managing stakeholders especially in Senior Leadership is a required quality. Skills in Power BI/ Tableau and alike sources as well as IW management (SQL desired) and a competence in MS Access are the sought qualities in this role. Experience in creating shared information environments like share-point or teams etc will be seen as advantageous.

• Minimum 3-5 years as systems analyst/ reporting analyst preferably in large scale function of a multinational corporation
• Required languages: English (any other language is an advantage)
• Bachelors/Master degree in Information systems, IT or equivalent gained via professional experience
• Proven competence in reporting systems like  Power BI/ Tableau, data ware house
