Electrolux North America, Inc., a $5 billion manufacturing and sales subsidiary of AB Electrolux, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst – Process Improvement to handle a variety of accounting and reporting activities relating to the company’s holding structure. Strong technical experience as well as ability to communicate and interact with associates at all levels is necessary. The position reports to the Manager, Internal Controls & Continuous Improvements, North America and is based in Charlotte, NC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with teams across the organization to initiate, prioritize and drive sustainable solutions that fulfill business needs.
  • Engage with process owners to identify solutions/improvements that achieve efficiencies and/or enforce compliance.
  • Enhance management reporting and analysis utilizing reporting automations.
  • Independently complete process documentation and update existing documentation as processes change.
  • Provide support, guidance & training to all impacted teams, as needed.
  • Utilize experience and knowledge of various technology tools to recommend appropriate solutions to new and existing business requirements.
  • Communicate status updates to manager and internal customers on a regular basis.
  • Lead & provide ongoing support activities in a complex, high-visibility, fast-paced environment, especially during high-peak periods for month-end and quarter-end close timeframes.

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, accounting, business, or finance. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relatable business systems experience handling large amounts of data.
  • Superior data management and analysis skills including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft products, data warehouse queries, SQL, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools including but not limited to: Excel, Access, SQL Server, Power Point, Word.
  • Experience in SAP desired.
  • Familiarity with financial ERP systems, business intelligence, and web technologies.
  • Ability to transform business requirements into a workable design at the functional level.
  • Knowledge of various information gathering methods / tools including but not limited to: SQL, Data entity relationships, OLAP Systems, Executive Dashboards.
  • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks related to business process designs, interface designs, data conversions, project communications and training escalating them as needed.
  • Intermediate knowledge of relevant business processes (issue intake/management, record to report).
  • Solid understanding of data quality issues and ability to recommend best practices for ensuring / validating data quality.
  • Broad understanding of databases and ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Experience working directly with functional and technical resources.
