Electrolux is looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our journey to shape living for the better.
The primary location is Stockholm however we are open to consider other locations within Europe for the right candidate! Relocation to our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm is optional and could be considered if of interest.
Your objective is to create and execute the vision for reporting and KPIs within OSS (Ownership Sales & Services) across Consumer service, Sales, Finance, and Marketing. To increase performance visibility through reporting and KPIs in order to drive optimal business performance for stakeholders at all levels of the organisation – from operational teams to the leadership team. You will make best use of the large amount of data gathered in new ConCenT (Consumer Centric Transformation) tools, to put in place automated and granular reporting, with focus on accurate and timely reporting of KPIs.
You will be part of the Product Team – Reporting & KPI, working closely with IT Business Analyst (ITBA) Reporting and other functions BTMs. This is not an IT role, but rather a process development/business transformation role. You will be supported by an ITBA who will translate the business requirements into IT development. You are responsible for prioritization and delivery of cross-functional KPIs by IT (team of Qlicksense and BI developers, and Data engineers led by Solutions Lead). Other BTMs will support you in understanding the functional requirements for:
• Contact centre
• Knowledge management
• Service operations – direct
• Service operations – indirect
• D2C Personal
As a Business Transformation Manager Reporting you will be a member of the Reporting & KPI Product team (part of the central ConCenT governance), reporting to Ownership Sales & Services (OSS) Controller.

Required knowledge & experience
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• BA or BS preferred. Business or IT discipline is preferred.
• 5 years related work experience dealing with cross-functional decision making and supporting business objectives.
• 5 years system issue resolution and/or project management.
• Knowledge of operations in the Consumer Care and/or Service Operations area preferable
Please notice that the role requires travel (within BA Europe) approximately 20% of the time.
