We are looking for a Category Manager, responsible to deploy and manage Global and Business Area direct material category strategies and initiatives by aligning with internal stakeholders, cross functional groups, and customers. This position provides purchasing expertise and support to various internal departments to drive value, profitability, innovation, and continuity of supply for the production of the Product Line products.

·        Responsible for leading the development and execution of a category strategy that drives supply and price risk mitigation as well as continuous improvement in terms of cost, working capital, quality, supply & innovation across all of our group Food Preparation Product Line operations.
·        Drive continuous improvement project/negotiation pipeline development, annual budget setting, 5 year strategic planning, etc. and execute accordingly.
·        Analyze big data, identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations, lead projects to implementation and track results
·        Support Program Management on new model Launches and platform refresh programs.
·        Develop and retain strong supplier relationships as well as drive cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

·        Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or others related field, MBA preferred
·        At least 3-5 years of relevant, progressive strategic sourcing, category management or equivalent leadership experience required
·        Must be detail oriented, analytical, organized, objective and able to prioritize
·        Able to analyze a massive amount of data, identify relevant information or trends within the data, develop conclusions that could lead to improved business decisions and organize the relevant data in a way that is easy for the customer to understand and utilize
·        Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·        Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
