For our Business Area Europe we are looking for a driven Category Marketing Manager to be a strategic product marketing champion for the Wellbeing Product Line. Reporting directly to the Experience Marketing Director Wellbeing BA Europe, you will be responsible for the successful creation and implementation of our branded Wellbeing platform and will lead the Commercial Launch of our Air Care product experiences across our key brands in Europe – AEG and Electrolux. 
In close collaboration with the global Consumer Experience Organization (CXO), Product Line, Brand and Marketing Activation teams, you will develop a leading-edge consumer benefit focused Wellbeing communication platform and strong go-to-market plans that are relevant and appealing to consumers and clearly differentiates our products vs. competition. You will ensure the timely delivery of the project checkpoints as well as brief and influence the development of the marketing campaigns and content production of all our product launches and commercial initiatives.

Please note that this is a full-time, temporary position (One-Year Contract). It is based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office! 

Your everyday challenge

• Cooperate closely with global CXO and other key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and differentiated branded Wellbeing experience across our key platforms and products.
• Support, and for defined initiatives own, the frontloading activities enabling the development of relevant and compelling PACS (Products, Accessories, Consumables and Services).
• Drive the Commercial Launch process for all Wellbeing initiatives and lead the planning, execution and tracking of commercial product launches.
• Lead overall campaign development including all touchpoints (360) defined by our Consumer Marketing Activity Plan (CMAP), including planning, briefing, implementation and ongoing monitoring / reporting of results.
• Apply, secure and follow-up execution of European go-to-market plans with local marketing managers, adhering to the CMAP strategy and ensuring brand and product consistency in the region across product lines and customers.
• Ensure close alignment with the European marketing team/directors and Cluster Marketing Heads throughout the entire process (internal coordination, collaboration & stakeholder management).
• Support with the implementation of central strategic initiatives and campaigns in the local markets.
• Manage main agencies development of campaigns; (briefing/de-briefing, budget ownership, agency collaboration). Ensure their deliverables are on-time, on-brief within budget.
• Manage internal briefing to touchpoint owners such as content, digital, and activation teams and drive excitement and commitment. 
• Participate and act as marketing's primary advocate and point of contact on cross-functional projects with PL and local markets.  
• Within the Commercial triangle structure, build solid CMAP to secure right prioritization, plan alignment and KPI setting and activation tracking. 
• Execute internal launches of key initiatives to drive understanding and excitement.
• Drive and support strategic and business critical projects, e.g. continuous improvement projects, etc.

Minimum experience

• University / Business School or equivalent degree in marketing or related area;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development (ideally in more than one function); 
• Preferable experience from FMCG or similar industry; 
• Experience of working within international and multicultural teams;
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
