CEE Customer Service and Demand Planning Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Demand Planning specialist who is willing to go a level up and to support in managing customer service and demand planning activities for the whole CEE cluster. You will be reporting to CEE CSDP manager. Your primary objectives will be supported in managing daily operations in CEE cluster, drive consistency and aim for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our ideal candidate is someone who leads by a good example, exudes high energy, promotes openness, and who is driven to going above and beyond for our customers.
Language: English, Polish or any other CEE language is a plus.
Area of responsibility: Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Baltics, Ukraine, and Caucasus countries, Russia and CIS countries, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Greece and Adriatic countries)

Key responsibilities
• Deliver high levels of customer service and products supply through active participation in CEE projects and effective communication;
• Support customer-centric teams responsible for Order to Cash process, including any supply from factories or delivery to customer issues;
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly performance reports and KPIs;
• Ensure consistent communication and performance measurements across all team functions;
• Hold CEE teams accountable for individual performance, providing coaching as appropriate;
• Report key KPIs to management team;
• Support in recognizing workload imbalances and adjust team activities appropriately to meet KPIs;
• Identify and resolve recurring performance problems within a team or individual;
• Maintain and improve operations in Customer Service and Demand Planning:
- demand planning and supply optimization;
- managing e-business projects;
- support in Key User Group meetings;
- ensuring UFR PA improvement in all CEE countries;
- identifying and resolving supply problems escalated by CEE teams; 
- preparing action plans;
- completing system audits and analysis;
- active participation in the budgeting process;
- participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in demand planning and customer service;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficient with MS Office products, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Track record of success in leading and managing projects in a team-based environment;
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach in problems solving;
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude;
• Continuous Improvement projects experience is a plus.
