Your Role

  • Responsible for sale management (Plan Do Check Act) sales in & sales out as target set.
  • Manage, Supervise and Support team about P&L and BTL by category mix and in line with company strategy
  • Business Planning within Company and Customer

A Typical Day

REQUISITION MANAGEMENT (100%)

  • Ensure that sales target attained each month;
  • Manage, train and motivate the whole sales force of the assigned region toward agreed objectives and achievement of the prescribed target. Build a Professional Sales Force in the assigned region/area. If needed, re-organize sales territories, quotas and goals in coordination with Sales Director;
  • Key Account management: Regular visit, maintaining good relations, negotiation, attending to (and serving) their needs and initiating mutually-beneficial deals. Represents Electrolux at meetings and/or special functions whenever necessary
  • Managing P&L, BTL, Category mix in line with company strategy
  • Develop sales plan, promotion plan, merchandising plan and translate into action plan
  • Implement all action plans and follow if it up to the set target and standard
  • Ensure the distribution cover all the target market inconsistent with brand positioning and image
  • Sales Forecasting and Business & Activity Planning, PIPO Plan
  • Market intelligence

EDUCATION

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained household appliances or from FMCG and/or appliance industry; 3 years of which is in a managerial level
  • Good command in English
  • Computer literary (MS. Office)
