Position Summary: Under general supervision, operate and monitor robotic coating equipment to meet or exceed daily rack production requirements. Operator may be assigned to all level five positions in the rack area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Add and change over powder materials as required. Monitor and respond to equipment malfunctions and related diagnostic information. Perform routine maintenance and initiate requests for equipment repair and preventive maintenance as necessary or directed. Inspect raw material, work in process and finished parts to ensure conformity to quality and manufacturing specifications. Operate forklift. Complete all work assignments in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner designed to meet or exceed Electrolux quality, safety, and workmanship standards. Responsible for applying all requirements related to EMS, ISO9001/14001/50001/Green Sprit according to the position. The activities to be carried out include the following energy management system information, indicated but not limited to: -Knowledge and understanding of the energy policy of the plant, which must follow and promote, as well as knowledge and identification of the Significant Energy Uses (SEUs) and its operational controls, maintenance, objectives, actions plans and energy indicators performance.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Prefer high school graduate with ability to learn and operate robotic coating equipment. Good oral and written communication skills with ability to interpret and follow written work instructions and procedures. Ability to maintain production and quality records and related documentation; ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment. Good attendance, safety and housekeeping record. Requires manual dexterity, periodic heavy lifting (25 – 50 lbs.) and bending. Will work in non-air-conditioned environment subject to seasonal variations of heat and cold. Must wear personal protective equipment and work on elevated platforms. Knowledge in energy management systems ISO 50001 (Significant Energy Uses, Energy Policy, objectives and actions plans).
