For Electrolux global Consumer Experience organization (CX), we are looking for an experienced communications professional, who will play a key role in shaping the narrative, culture and communication for our growing teams. In CX, we bring together teams with a strong impact on how consumers experience our products and brands: marketing, design, technology, R&D and innovation, covering the full scope of our products including hardware appliances as well as digitally-enabled software solutions and services.

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering clear and impactful employee communication. We are constantly evolving, and stakeholder management and employee engagement are key enablers for all of us to be successful in becoming a fully consumer-centric business. By bringing relevant and engaging storytelling to external channels, you will also be part of building our corporate brand and making Electrolux an employer of choice. You will provide strategic advice and support to leaders in various communication matters, contributing to the overall execution of our Business strategy.

Your main tasks:

  • Drive employee engagement through impactful communication using various channels and forums
  • Support change programs and stakeholder communications
  • Advise and support leaders in communication matters
  • Manage projects and events, work hands on with written and audio/visual content such as scripts for leaders’ presentations, videos, interviews, pod casts, talks, etc.
  • Support global initiatives such as diversity & inclusion, culture and community building, awards, and group-wide events

Qualifications:

  • Relevant university degree
  • 5+ years of experience in communications from large, international companies, or similar experience from working as a consultant is required
  • Experience in working with transformations and change management in matrix organization is essential
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt messages to various stakeholders and channels is essential
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy and needs into clear and impactful communication is needed
  • Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with rapidly shifting priorities is needed
  • An open, collaborative self-starter with the ability to partner effectively with people in other teams and business areas
