Compliance Laboratory Engineer


We are looking for a Compliance Laboratory Engineer to join our Compliance Laboratory team within R&D Laboratory Department.


The Compliance Laboratory Engineer is in charge to manage the test, measurement and calibration activities of the laboratory in order to assess the compliance of our product to the laws and norms regarding product safety and the internal Electrolux rules and in particular the Electrolux safety mandatory standard.

Your focus will be the following:

•  Support the internal network of global and regional agency certification laboratories and an external common network of recognized laboratories for the test activities, measurements and calibrations
•  Apply the standards and internal Electrolux rules along the IPDP process
•  Implement the requirements of the norm ISO/IEC 17025
•  Feedback the test results and preliminary analysis with constructive approach to Product Architecture Governance Centre (PAGC), to Regional product Development (RPD), to GTD Laboratories and GTD E&E. 
•  Be able to perform test, measurement and calibration activities of the laboratory
•  Ensure compliance with standards (internal CSS and international IEC/EN/UL) of our components and products
•  Manage the technical documentation according to the CE or other directives
•  Be leader on managing the Risk Assessment
•  Be part of the team on FMEA analysis
•  Reporting to the Certification Agency Laboratory Manager

Education and experience:

•  Electrical/electronic engineer degree or relevant experience
•  Electrical/Electronics component knowledge (motors, pumps, electronics boards, sensors)
•  Knowledge of laboratory equipments, data acquisitions system, testing procedures and evaluations of results
•  Knowledge of international standards is a plus
•  Fabric and Dish Care product knowledge is a plus
•  Required Languages: English
