Your Role

 

As the Compliance & Process Officer you will be assisting in Compliance Programs, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance within the Electrolux Control System (ECS), Group policies and guidelines. The position ensures all employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior within Electrolux meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.

 

A Typical Day

 

Assist in reviewing and updating ECS AUNZ documentation, commercially assessing business processes within Electrolux AUNZ and conducting audit and compliance review cross various business processes.

 

Perform compliance review, identify control weaknesses, investigate problematic areas, monitor control implementation process and conduct post implementation review.

 

Working closely with the Compliance and Process Manager, creating a culture and awareness of the benefits of a strong control environment.

 

Who You Are

 

You are familiar with industry practices and professional standards, with over 12 months experience in a compliance/ audit role, you are also:

 

·       Self-Motivated – You are determined & committed to achieving results.

·       Agile – You can make yourself understood and are a good listener.

·       Practical – applies knowledge / skills to a variety of standard day to day activities.

·       Organised - You set the pace and the priorities, and then you bring a methodical approach to meeting your daily goals.

·       Focused – You appreciate and understand process and the project goals.

·       Influential – You know how to structure a case and get people on board.

·       Experienced – audit experience is essential.
