Consumer Contact Center Specialist Czech and Slovakia 


To create best-in-class brand and product ownership experience for the consumer, both online and via phone/mail/social media contacts.

(Below Responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to the one below):

• Answer calls and respond to emails, chats from end consumers 
• Manage and resolve consumer complaints
• Provide consumer with product and service information
• Present  to consumer additional services – cross sales 
• Cooperation with other functions of Electrolux (e.g. technical support, marketing, ownership solutions, etc.)
• Working & processing data in Electrolux systems  &tools like CTI, Regulus, SAP, KM or others
• Taking part in trainings (in class, online, self-study) in order to expand knowledge of company and position
• Understanding of company culture, products, services, and policies 


• At least 2 year experience on similar position in call center industry
• Technical focus preferred 
• Czech or Slovak fluent, English is advantage 
• Consumer focused person 
• Excellent communication and written language skills
• Ability to learn fast in a changing environment
• Open minded, collaborative and proactive approach
