As the Consumer Engagement Team Lead for our Marketing & Consumer Analytics Solution Team you will be leading a group of IT Business Analysts in driving the mission to deliver best in class consumer journeys. Spanning across multiple consumer touchpoints you will be guiding the team who translate business requirements into digital products, covering the consumer engagement platforms. We are looking for a leader who can inspire the team, allowing them to thrive and provide when necessary the needed support and coaching. Working collaboratively with our stakeholders, maintaining clear dialog and planning will be key enablers to success. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Consumer Analytics you will be responsible for:
• Mentor and lead the team of IT Business Analysts driving their personal and professional development
• Advocate modern ways of software development and being an ambassador for scrum and SAFe frameworks
• Participate in various discovery workshops to understand the business objectives and goals
• Define minimum viable product (MVP) scope for the upcoming initiatives and outline future roadmap of enhancements and potential improvements
• Understand the business strategic outlook and pave the technology roadmap to meet our business end goals actively engaging with the Architecture team
• Represent the Consumer Engagement Solutions team in interconnected forums like, Ecommerce, Customer Services, Product Information Management, Marketing Analytics and Digital Marketing.
• Participate in budget planning and providing clarity to business stakeholders

Educational Requirements:
Holds a university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Previous leadership experience as a product manager, IT Business analyst with a well-rounded understanding for Digital Consumer Journeys, agile software development and business transformation.
• Collaborative by nature, with articulated communication & great listening skills
• 5 years+ involvement in delivering IT projects in complex environments/setups and 3 years+ experience in delivering Consumer related digital experiences.
• Good understanding of Mobile first approach, Google Analytics, SEO and Tagging.
• Ability to multitask with different projects/initiatives. Hands-on project management experience is a plus.
• Previous experience working with shopper journeys, consumer data & profiling, outbound marketing and paid media is a plus.
• Interest to work in an international environment where minor levels of travel might be required

Language Requirements:
Fluent in English, other European languges are a benefit

The Consumer Engagement Team will be instrumental in defining and building the Digital Products needed to achieve the business objective
