Consumer Experience Programme Controller

For our Business Area Europe, as part of the Peace of Mind (PoM) Controlling team, we are after a Consumer Experience Programme controller, reporting to the PoM controller. You will be an active part of the PoM and ConCenT team and be instrumental to quantify and monitor the business value of transformational investments driving consumer experience. You will be working closely with controlling, sales, operations, the shared service center and IT to understand the end to end process. 

This is a full-time permanent role preferably based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm/Stadshagen where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office!  

A regular day at work

This role requires an excellent understanding of the Consumer Experience Transformational Projects across PoM, consumer service, D2C sales channels & marketing and their value drivers for Electrolux. 
The scope of these projects goes from ERP replacement; introducing Artificial Intelligence in contact center processes; through to developing new services and commercializing them relying on the updated platform. It is by nature a cross-functional role and gives excellent insight on how our organization works. 

You will support in the preparation of project Business Cases and project approval documentation (Investment Request) and definition of measurable project business goals in preparation phase; as well as evaluate expected impacts of programs/projects and provide recommendation to management for go/no-go decisions. 

The job includes challenging the project Costs and Benefits as well as being responsible for program/project budget controlling, cost controlling, performance management during project execution phase and follow up phase.

You will be a strong finance business partner to the programme manager, business functional owners and provide consultancy and support to projects in controlling topics.

Minimum requirements 
• Masters degree in a relevant field such as business or finance
• Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position (We will also consider other applications based on mindset and approach)
• Experience dealing with cross-functional decision making and horizontal leadership
• Experience in and passion for Program controlling, Projects financial management and business case building
• Experience in the international rollout of large SAP / CRM projects preferred 
• Comfortable to work in a team/office/virtual environment as well as works autonomously
