A TYPICAL DAY
In our Consumer Contact Centre, you’re the first call our consumers make when they need us most. With training in everything we do, across our appliances and brands, you’ll be able to advise on everything from a break down or performance issue to warranties and product registration, spares and accessories. And if you can’t sort it there and then, you’ll be able to arrange a visit from a Technician. The backend team will always support you to solve issues fast and promptly. We also want to learn from every call and every consumer, so your insight will be invaluable in shaping living for the better.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•Experience in a similar role, experience from a call center is meriting
•Excellent customer service skill
•Social media communications experience is meriting
•Experience from ERP-system, SAP is meriting
•Fluent in Finnish & English
Your working hours will often be Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00, but there will also be shifts between 9:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00.
