Consumer Service Specialist

A TYPICAL DAY
As the first line of contact for our consumers, when they need us the most, you will be providing invaluable service to get them through the day. With the phone, mail and chat as your main tools of delivering outstanding service, you will be taking care of service calls, managing complaints and providing product information.
You will also follow up the service bookings and if needed, contact the service partners in order to finish the consumer’s service visit. You can also support the consumers with basic webshop tasks, helping consumers to find the correct part to fit the appliance or to check the delivery status. You will be supported by the backend team to solve the issues fast and promptly. We are actively maintaining the knowledge management database so in case of missing information, you should be able to add the missing content. Products ranging from dishwashers and dry tumblers to coffee machines and toasters will be your line of expertise when our consumers look for guidance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Experience from consumer service position or similar.
• Good computer skills.
• Social media communications experience is meriting.
• Sales oriented for future service sales.
Required Languages: Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is meriting
