Business Area & the role

Our consumers are our world. We obsess about their wants and needs, from designing a product through bringing it to life to helping to look after it when they take it home. And that’s where you come in – going above and beyond to listen, understand, empathize and provide a solution that doesn’t just fix an issue, but makes for a positively better experience.

In our Consumer Contact Centre, you’re the first call our consumers make when they need us most. With training in everything we do, across our appliances and brands, you’ll be able to advise on everything from a break down or performance issue to warranties and product registration, spares and accessories. And if you can’t sort it there and then, you’ll be able to arrange a visit from a Technician. We also want to learn from every call and every consumer, so your insight will be invaluable in shaping living for the better.

Educational and Experience
·  Experience in a similar role
·  Excellent customer service skill
·  Experience from ERP-system, SAP is a merit
·  Fluent in Norwegian & English

Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00. Between two and four times a month, you will work from 10:00-18:00.
