Contact Centre Manager Nordic to Nordic Engagement Centre, Stockholm

A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK
Working where the face and the voice of Electrolux is, at the forefront of customer and consumer services, you’ll drive the short term success and long term visions to ensure we keep delivering on our operational excellence and innovation. You’ll apply commercial thinking, develop business plans and implement improvement strategies so we continue to be best in class in customer and consumer experience across the Nordics. Since leadership is an integral part of this position, you will drive, engage and coach your colleagues to success – ensuring they have the tools and know how to turn your visions into actions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with direct and indirect product service for customers and consumers
• Experience in working across the Nordics
• Proven leadership experience in service operations or similar
• University degree in Economics, Business administration or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
