We are looking for a Contact Center Trainer to be a part of our new in-house contact center. Based in Moscow, Russian Federation, our team is aimed at creating best-in-class brand and product ownership experience for the consumer and continuously improve our service on each level.
A typical day at work:
Your main responsibility within a team would be to organize trainings for our Contact Center Agents: you would observe their work, analyze, make corrections, teach how to act in each situation; besides, you would need to create a special set of presentations for new comers. You would also be responsible for soft skills training for our employees from other departments. One of your future tasks would be to conduct the webinars for service centers specialists, who are a significant part of Electrolux consumer service.

- High education.
- 3+ years of experience mostly in service trainings.
- MS Office Knowledge (Excel is a must).
- Native Russian;
- Intermediate English.
