You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other functions.

We are looking for a Contact Centre Sales Agent who will be oriented to sales services through the multi-channels relational processes included in the customer journey (inbound/outbound, calls/chats/emails).

His/Her primary objective will be the management of the potential customers, to accompany and guide them in the purchasing process thus generating economic size transactions.

You will be part of the Aftermarket Sales Team, which is the first point of contact when a consumer is in need of support or requires purchasing our Peace of Mind solutions.


Key Operational Responsibilities:

•Handling inbound/outbound sales and information enquires for consumers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying consumer needs.

•Utilizing the available products and services to find a solution for the consumer that best fits their needs.

•Accurately record consumer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services such as warranty extensions and to ensure the field technicians can deliver service excellence.

•Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets.



•Experience working within a sales and service environment essential, ideally in a multinational environment

•Business acumen and result-driven approach

•Excellent communication skills and strong consumer orientation

•Organized, self-motivated and team player

•Experience working within a contact centre is preferable

•Experience working with live chat and social media platforms is desirable
