In line with the development of advanced home appliances, the need increases for professionally prepared guidance on how to fully enjoy all the benefits our products have to offer our consumers. We are therefore looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a diverse group of Technical Writers that will support our consumers with best-in-class instructions to help them shape living for the better.

A regular day at work

As Content Development Team Leader, you will drive a team of Technical Writers in translating product specification into user-friendly instructions that enhance the ownership experience and help the consumers get the most of our products. Your team will develop structured content, optimize content architecture and cooperate with subject matter experts from R&D, Design and Marketing to deliver multichannel support for millions of consumers around the globe, with the main focus on major domestic appliances business in Europe.

Strong leadership is essential for the success of the project team’s work in our complex organization. Therefore, the Team Leader will be responsible for creating a supportive work environment, building a strong network throughout the organization as well as overseeing the operational performance of the team in Krakow.

Education & experience
•Background in any of the following fields: technical writing, structured content management, product development, design or user experience.
•Understanding of production/manufacturing environment.
•Proven work experience in leading or coordinating a mid-sized team, including conducting performance reviews and 1:1 meetings.
•Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
•Fluency in English (C1) as a main language of communication.
•Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
•Knowledge of performance metrics.
•Sense of ownership and strategic decision-making skills.
•Ability to work under strict deadlines and advanced task management skills.
•Very good knowledge of MS Office.
