Electrolux launched Continuous Improvement to accelerate overall business improvements and culture change enabled through lean & agile methodologies across the business. 

The mandate for this role is to create, enhance and adapt the way we build & implement onbeat in Electrolux. Only 3 years into the journey, the core of onbeat is established with high acceptance and engagement in the organization. In our fast changing environment there are significant opportunities to further enhance and adapt it to enable Electrolux to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. 

We are now looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to launch and drive continuous improvement in the Nordic sales cluster with the ambition to build capability to strive for better ways of working, every day. This position is preferably based in Stockholm reporting directly to the General Manager of the Nordic Cluster.

The initiatives the Continuous Improvement team is involved in are of high priority and consequently puts high requirements on skill level, background and personality. In your role, you will be expected to lead functional/cross-functional end-to-end process initiatives with high-impact results as well as strong stakeholder management at all levels of the Cluster. 

By owning and leading the planning and performance management as well as following up and tracking the progress, you drive the execution of the various Continuous Improvement initiatives across the Nordic functions. You implement lean/agile tools and methodologies, and build capability of your ambassadors. As Continuous Improvement Manager you are responsible to build local capabilities by deploying all training and improvement activities as well as coaching of the Continuous Improvement responsibles. To reach synergy effects and collaboration you promote best practices seeking and sharing. 

You are an independent self-starter, have a lot of personal drive as well as the capability lead and engage people at all levels of the organization. You are confident with strong social skills with an ability to maneuver smoothly in the organization and have delivered high-impact results in challenging environments. You are organized, strong in planning, follow up and securing delivery as per plan. You like to build teams and develop people.   

• Master Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics 
• Knowledge & understanding of Lean / Six-Sigma / Agile Tools & Change Management
• Strong stakeholder management and project management 
• Curious and critical mindset to always seek and drive improvements in his/her own work
• Experience of leading/driving people engagement
• Experience of Portfolio management & planning
• Experience in leading work related to Consumer Experiences’
• Previous experience in a consulting firm and/or internal consulting unit of a large company is a merit
• Fluent in English, additional Nordic language is considered a plus
